Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Reliability, Team player, Ability to multitask, Excellent written communication

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows

Tasks

Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Authorize return of merchandise, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain inventory, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Answer electronic enquiries, Compile data, statistics and other information, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
