Job Description:
1147786 BC Ltd DBA OPA of Greece is currently hiring one full-time permanent Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
· Monitor food preparation and methods.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies as instructed by the restaurant owner.
· Monitor Restaurant’s revenues and expenses.
· Develop marketing strategies with utilizing social media networks.
· Set staff work schedules.
· Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
· Resolve Customer complaints that may arise.
Employment requirements:
· Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
· Two to three years of related experience is required.
