Description
Key Job Functions:
- Acting as a first contact person for clients, dealing with emails and phone calls
- Helping manager to sorting messages and highlighting all important requests from clients for attention
- Organizing meetings and appointments
- Helping manager to book or arrange travels, transport and accommodation
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of manager
- Tracking and monitoring activities by providing updated details
- Arranging for meetings and preparing all meeting materials
- Assisting manager to prepare contracts with source providers and clients
- Reporting to manager directly and performing secretarial and administrative duties
Skills Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Attention to details
- Tight deadlines
- Ability to do multitasks
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Multi-language speakers are asset
- At least one year college diploma/certificate
- Relevant work experience will be considered as an asset
