Thunderbird Restaurant in Victoria BC is looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor.

Position and Period: Food Service Supervisor, Permanent
Hourly wage and working hrs: $17.00~$17.50 per hour and 30~40 hrs per week (Full time)
Work address: 253 cook st, Victoria, BC Canada V8V 3X4
Start date: As soon as possible
Main duties are
– Supervise food service staff' activities
– Check the inventory regularly and order estimated amount of ingredients and supplies
– Keep and update the records of stock, sales and wastage
– Train food service staff in job duties, hygiene and safety procedures
– Ensure food service meet the quality control standards
Job Requirement:
– 1 year of work experience in food preparation or service
– Secondary (High school) graduation
– Able to communicate in English
– Able to work on weekends and evening
