Panta Corp., located in Surrey is hiring a full-time, permanent Marketing Assistant.

Duties and responsibilities

• Advise on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
• Conduct market research and employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.

• Act as spokesperson for the company and answer written and oral inquiries.

• Develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies and programs.
• Prepares reports, presentations, proposals, correspondence and deliver promotional presentations.
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media.

• Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material.

• Train and teach skills to staff if needed.

Requirement:     A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, or communications OR 1-2 years of experience in the field is required.

Language:           English needed.

Salary:                 $28/hour

Benefits:             4 % vacation pay.  Group Insurance benefit provided.
