Coaldale Bottle Depot in Coaldale, AB is looking for a full-time bottle depot supervisor.
Job Position: Bottle Depot Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
- Assign depot staff with duties and prepare work schedules
- Supervise and direct depot recycling staff, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient production that meets or exceeds performance standards set out by us
- Ensure all standard operating procedures for the bottle depot and recycling regulations
- Handle and resolve work-related issues or conflicts
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment
- Hire, train, and supervise depot staff ensuring safety procedures and company policies
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required
- Min. 1-2 years of work experience in the relevant field
Term: Full-Time (30~40 hrs per week), Permanent
Wage: $19.85 per hour
Benefit: 4% of salary as vacation pay
