Job Description:
Saaya Properties Ltd. DBA Ricky’s Café is currently hiring one cook on full-time permanent basis to join their team.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals for guests.
• Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests’ expectations.
• Plan Menus, determine size portions, estimate food requirements and costs.
• Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table.
• Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• May Clean Kitchen and work areas.
Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is mandatory.
• 2 to 3 years of related experience is required.
