Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily management of all aspects of the store, including: ordering, merchandising, customer service, employee scheduling, etc.
- Ensure budgets are met through efficient operation of the store, includes gross profit, wage cost, operational expenses and inventory, are maintained.
- Manage employees including recruiting, training, day-to-day assign duties, supervision and coaching.
- Provide top quality customer service by ensuring customers receive a positive and pleasant shopping experience; respond to customer requests and issues.
- Plan and supervise ordering and inventory management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and determine merchandise to be sold.
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Two to three years of related experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required.
- Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements
