Work hours: 30 – 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ha Noi Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant located in Orleans, Ontario, specializing in authentic Vietnamese cuisine including traditional pho, vermicelli bowls, rice dishes, spring rolls, and other signature menu items. We pride ourselves on using fresh, high-quality ingredients and delivering consistent flavour and excellent service in a clean and welcoming environment.

We are looking for active and dedicated new member to join our team in our long future journey where we plan to expand our menu and services.

 

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and cook Vietnamese dishes such as pho, vermicelli bowls, rice plates, spring rolls, and grilled meats according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Assist daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating for dine-in and takeout orders.
  • Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation before and during service.
  • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures while handling, cooking, and storing food.
  • Support inventory management by checking stock levels and communicating any shortages or supply needs to the supervisor.

 

Employment Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of relevant cooking experience
  • Basic English communication skills required
  • Food Safety Certification is an asset
  • No minimum education requirement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
 
 

Work Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Repetitive tasks and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs when necessary
