The Mobile Application Developer plays a key role in all stages of the development cycle in all mobile projects, from analysis to design and implementation of solutions. In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with several teams and work on important projects impacting over 2,500 users in China and in Canada. Responsibilities Create, maintain, and propose mobile solutions for iOS, Android, and Cross-platform. Develop IT solutions based on business needs. Propose software architectures. Actively engaged in the projects assigned to you: creating timelines, tasks definition and distribution, code review, implementation Guide, support and coach junior colleagues, consultants and offshore teams involve in the projects Analyze the company’s needs and processes. Optimize performance and efficiency within mobile constraints (portability, network connectivity, autonomy, etc.). Keep abreast of the latest programming standards and technologies. Analyze, maintain, and optimize queries to databases and Web services, when required. Qualifications Background and requirements: Bachelor’s degree . At least 10 years of relevant work experience Experience in project management Experience with external teams (consultants and offshore), strong asset Extensive experience developing complex mobile applications Extensive experience with Swift, Objective-C, React Native Experience in Web programming (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Rest Services) Experience in Android programming (Java, Kotlin) Skilled to use Oscilloscope、Comprehensive tester 、Signal generator 、Network Analyzer, etc. Experience in windows programming (C++，C#) Good knowledge of architecture concepts Demonstrated Skills and Competencies Personal Qualities Proven ability to analyze and understand business processes Focused on problem-solving and innovation Sense of initiative and autonomy/Self-starter Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a rapidly changing environment Ability to collaborate with other business units Keen attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction Good team player Language abilities (English or French, mandarin is an asset) Date of start: 2021-04-15 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: to discuss Benefits: Company events Company pension Dental care Disability insurance Discounted or free food Extended health care Flexible schedule Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Wellness program Schedule: 8-hour shift Work remotely: Yes, temporarily due to COVID-19
