Overview
Languages: English. Knows how to speak Tagalog OR understands the language is an asset but but not required
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years experience in the related field
Responsibilities
Tasks
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Explore & advise senior management on expansion areas within thedesignated areas
- Explore agent outlet growth to add to the agent portfolio of the company
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Transfer business development skills training to existing staff and agents, and to persons that could be hired or additional agents recruited in the course of business expansion
- Establish & implement enhanced policies and procedures for accounting and financial control, ensuring the security andintegrity of cash generated by the business
- Make observations and prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating foreign office administrative services
- Review and address customer concerns
- Develop business and community relations
- Liaise with the bank and perform other related local banking activities
