No formal education required

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required

Languages:
Written and Oral English

Specific Skills:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of window cleaning workers
Establish methods to meet work schedules and assign work to window cleaning workers
Inspect premises to ensure safety measures are in place and that cleanliness requirements are me Hire and train window cleaning staff
Perform window cleaning duties when necessary
Resolve on-site work problems
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
