Cool Framing & Renovation Ltd is looking for permanent full-time welder who could join immediately. The following are the details for the job.

Location: 15786 82 A Ave Surrey BC

Compensation: $29 per hour

Work hours: 40 hours/week

Terms: Permanent Full Time

Language of Work: English


Job duties and responsibilities

 

Reading and interpret blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan layout and procedures; Determine, operate appropriate welding equipment or methods based on requirements; Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications, Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, Computer-aided design (CAD), Operate brakes, shears and other metal shaping, straightening and bending machines, Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal, Operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC), Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products, Start up, shut down, adjust and monitor robotic welding production line, Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment

 

 Requirements


Completion of secondary school

Minimum 2 to 3 relevant work experience
