We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team. The main job duties and responsibilities are listed below for the role:
- Greeting guests and responding to concerns.
- Make beds and change sheets.
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom supplies
- Floor sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Furniture dusting and polishing.
- Restocking the minibar with beverages and snacks
- Reporting any technical concerns or maintenance requirements.
- Changing the status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet.
- Handle and report lost and found items.
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
