Wai-Spa Inc. Is hiring a permanent, full-time, Spa Manager.
Job duties
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of the spa.
Co-ordinate work schedules and monitor performances.
Schedule clients’ appointments. Promote and recommend services.
Stay up to date with products and promotions, and guide the staff to continually learn.
Make sure customers are fully satisfied with the services.
Make sure the spa maintains clean and sanitary.
Market the spa and promote the business.
Hire and train staffs.
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
Requirements: Completion of secondary school. Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
Language: English is required.
Wage: $27/hr
Benefits: 4 % vacation pay.
