MAIN JOB DUTIES
- Establish work schedules and procedures,
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments,
- Prepare, review and submit reports and paperwork related to international shipping
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work,
- Resolve work related problems,
- Recruit and hire seasonal staff,
- Train seasonal workers in duties and policies,
- Arrange training for staff,
- Conduct performance reviews,
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies,
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work,
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting horses internationally
- Adhere to all domestic and International shipping regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by management

OTHER INFORMATION
Work Experience Required: 1 years to 2 years experience
Minimum Education Required: Completion of Secondary School
Language: English workplace language, Spanish is an asset
Travel:This position requires international travel to the USA and Argentina.
Wage Range: $27.00 per hour
Hours From: 30 hrs per week
Overtime: Hours over 44 per week
