Vancouver College of Massage Therapy is seeking a F/T College Instructor.
Position Info:
- Position: College Instructor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $41.21~$44.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 300-1050 West Pender Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 3S7

Job Duties:
- Teach, train and lead students in accordance with a plan of courses and programs.
- Deliver lectures and presentations.
- Supervise independent or group projects and hands-on training.
- Create curriculum and prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses.
- Assess students' progress by evaluation methods.
- Advise students on program curricula and career decisions.
- May provide individualized tutorials or instruction to students with special needs.
- May serve on faculty committees for required matters such as curriculum revision, course requirements, or students’ applications.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist are required.
- Education: A bachelor's degree, a college diploma, or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction is required.
- Language: English
