Job Title: Technical Support – Security Systems Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $30.00/ hour

Position: 1

 

The responsibilities and expectations will include following:

  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by the IT team for day to day and security related issues
  • Participate in the redesign and implementation of applications and other software, mainly in the area of cyber security
  • Provide technical support to the users via email and phone calls in response to technical issues
  • Develop documentation in support of incident response processes and/or procedures
  • Report common and repeat problems (trend analysis) to Management and propose process and technical improvements.
  • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution
  • Work cross functionally with other internal groups (i.e.: Onboarding, Customer Success, and Services teams) to proactively identify opportunities to connect with customers and help them be more successful using the platform
  • Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
  • Provide business security systems, network analysis and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties

Employment requirements:

  • College or other courses in computer programming or network administration or computer/system security
  • Certification or training in the area of cyber security
  • SSCP certification
  • Hands-on work in office located in Toronto, Ontario

Experience requirements

  • 7 Months to less than one year
