Rocky Mountain Restaurants Inc. dba Tim Hortons is looking for 1 Permanent position for Baker who could join with us immediately. The details are given below.

Work Location:  106 West Queens Rd, North Vancouver, BC, V7N 2K3

Position Available: 1 (One)

Compensation: $17 per hour

Hours per week: 40 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
 

Job duties and responsibilities

• Prepare doughs for pies, breads, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene in the preparation of meals and in the kitchen area
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation in consultation
• Bake mixed dough
• Frost and decorate cakes and other baked goods
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Supervision and training of bakers as per the company policies
• Maintaining good communications with other staff
• Ensure that baked products meet quality control standards
• Other duties as required by the management

Skill Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience is required
