The responsibilities and expectations of the Restaurant Supervisor will include, but is not limited to the following:
• Assist in training new team members and developing existing team members and motivating and encouraging a team to achieve targets
• Communicate with Team the Manager’s day to day operations and critical areas of focus
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and transaction targets including control of Food/Paper/Labour costs
• Responsible for shift cash procedures and assist with financial reporting
• Assist with ordering of supplies and overall building maintenance and cleanliness
• Display knowledge of and work in compliance with applicable legislation including, food safety, health and safety, and employment standards
• Able to enforce and comply with pre-established Freshii operating procedures
• Assist in maximizing team member coverage at all times, perform the role of Floor Leader as required and work as required in various areas during busy periods to maintain optimal guest service levels, including different times of the day depending on the business requirement (ex: weekday/weekend)
• Aid in taking disciplinary actions for non-compliance

Requirements:
Secondary School Education
Work Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

• Foster a Team atmosphere
Ability to motivate staff and work well with others * Previous food/customer service experience an asset * Flexible Availability * Strong customer service and communication skills * Must be able to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment * Friendly outgoing personality
