Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $15.00~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 1001 100th Avenue, Tisdale, SK S0E 1T0

Benefits:

• 5.77% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Oversee kitchen operations
• Prepare and cook entire meals or individual menu items
• Supervise and schedule kitchen assistants
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen and work areas
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment 
• Order kitchen supplies and equipment and ensure the expiry date of food ingredients
• Hire and train new kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• May plan menus, determine food portions, and estimate the cost of food

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Language: English
