Continental Communication Ltd. is an outsourced sales partner of a telecommunication company that provides a wide range of telecommunications products and services including internet access, Home phone, Cable and Mobility. We are currently looking for a full-time sales supervisor to join our team! 

 

  • Position: Telemarketing Sales Supervisor
  • Work Hours: 30 – 40 hrs per week (Day, Weekend, Flexible hours, Overtime may be required)
  • Wage: $24.00
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Benefits: 4% vacation fee
  • Work Location: 1260-8888 Odlin Crescent, Richmond, BC V6X 3Z8
     

 

Key duties and Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of customer support representatives in the following duties: providing information and customer service
  • Establish work priorities, delegate work to customer support representatives and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
  • Establish work schedules and co-ordinate activities with customer support representatives
  • Conduct analyses and oversee operations related to sales, contracting and management processes
  • Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and assemble data
  • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress
  • Co-ordinate and plan for sales and customer services
  • Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

 

Requirements/Education and other requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Customer/Sales experience 1-2 years
  • Organized, self-disciplined, motivated and able to work independently
  • Interpersonal communication skills, communicate effectively both written and orally
  • A strong commitment to a team culture, positive attitude
  • Decisive and empowered
  • Problem solve creatively
