SWING MANAGER FAST FOOD RESTAURANT
JOB DUTIES :
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Supervise 11 to 15 people, Prepare and submit reports.
Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
Supervise and check assembly of trays.
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
Establish work schedule.
Train staff in job duties, Sanitation and safety procedures, Address customer complaints or concern
Excellent communication skill in English, College diploma or Degree, 1 to 2 years of Experience mandatory, Bond able , valid driver licence and own vehicle, Team player, Client Focus, willing to relocate, tight deadlines, Physically demanding, fast-paced Environment.
Early morning, evening, night, weekend to be determined
Preference will be given to Canadian Citizen and Permanent Residence
