Sushiwood is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position Info:
- Position: Food Service Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $17.00~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 702 Vernon Street, Nelson, BC V1L 4G2

Job Duties:
- Order ingredients and supplies that are needed for food preparation
- Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
- Supervise the activities of food service staff
- Involve in the recruitment of food service staff when required
- Instruct and train workers in job duties, and procedures of sanitation and safety
- Manage and keep the records of stock, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Ensure the food and service meet the quality control standards
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1~ 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
