SUSHIWOOD FOOD LTD. dba SUSHIWOOD is looking for F/T Restaurant Cooks
Position: Restaurant Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $22.00 – $25.00 /hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits:10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
Prepares an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes
Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
Maintain accurate food inventories
Ensure the production of high quality merchandise
Oversee kitchen operation
May plan menus, regulate size of food portions, approximate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
May assist in hiring and recruitment of new staffs
Educational Requirements: Completion of Secondary school
Experience Requirements: 3 ~ 5 years of commercial cooking experience are required
Language Requirements: English
