Sushi Waa is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisors.
Position Info:
- Position: Food Service Supervisor
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $16~$18/hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 108-50 Tenth Street, Nanaimo, BC V9R 6L1
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Manage and order ingredients and supplies
- Maintain and ensure food service and quality control
- Check and manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and write reports for superiors
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules for staff
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
