Sushi Town Japanese Restaurant is looking for F/T Restaurant Cooks.

Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Cook
•  Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
•  Wage: $16.25~$20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
•  Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Position:2
• Work Location :5935 Hastings Street, Burnaby, BC V5B 1R7

Job Duties:

• Prepare an extensive variety of foods utilizing our recipes and handle dishes for customers with food allergies
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Order supplies and equipment when needed
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are clean and sanitized
• Observe food service areas including kitchen
• Assist in the development of menus to provide a variety of foods to customers
• May involve in training staffs in preparation, handling and cooking of food
• May involve in recruitment and hiring of new staff

Job Requirements:

• Education: Completion of Secondary school is required
• Experience: 2~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
• Language: English
