SUSHI STORY LTD. dba Sushi Story is looking for F/T Chef.
Position: Chef
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $18.00- $23.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40hours/week
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
· Estimate food requirements and food costs
· Supervise activities of other cooks and kitchen staffs
· Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
· Recruit and hire cooks and kitchen staffs
· Prepare and cook complete meals
· Create new recipes
· Instruct cooks in food preparation
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Educational Requirements:
· Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 2~3 years work experience as a chef is required.
Language Requirements:
· English
