- Position: Chef
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 1-612 Head St, Victoria, BC V9A 5S8

Job Duties:
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Estimate food requirements and food costs
- Supervise activities of other cooks and kitchen staffs
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Recruit and hire cooks and kitchen staffs
- Prepare and cook complete meals
- Create new recipes
- Instruct cooks in food preparation
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
