Job Duties:
- Greet customers and prepare a table for them
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to the appropriate table
- Make suggestions based on customers’ preferences and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Keep tables clean and tidy
- Prepare bills and collect payments in cash and credit or debit card
- Provide customer service and handle the customers’ complaints or concerns
- Cooperate and communicate with other servers and kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- Experience: No experience is required
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required
- Language: English
