Sushi Nova is seeking F/T Cooks.
Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $16.25~$18.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 2059 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver BC V6J 1N3
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals and food items according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
- Estimate and plan food portions and food requirements.
- Schedule and supervise kitchen staff.
- May assist in hiring and training kitchen staff.
- Ensure kitchens and work areas are clean and sanitized.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment as required.
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Oversee kitchen operations.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.
- Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Language: English
