Sushi Mura Entertainment is looking for F/T Food Service Supervisor.
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00 – $18.00 /hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
· Recruit staff and provide training for both existing and new staff
· Set staff work schedules and supervise the activities of staff
· Ensure all staff follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
· Address and handle customer complaints and questions
· Ensure food service and quality control are met
Educational Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements:
· 2~3 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
Language Requirements:
· English
