Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $13.50~$15.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 111-131 Provencher Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB R2H 0G2

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals according to standardized recipes
• Hire new kitchen staff and train them on each menu item
• Manage accurate food inventories and order supplies
• Determine size of food portions by estimating food requirements and costs
• Supervise kitchen helpers and other staff
• Manage kitchen operations

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Language: English
