THE REQUIREMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Train and travel as a member of a two man team to train trainees.
Must have class 1 driver’s license.
2 years’ of continuous experience in Long Haul trucking required, Those with less experience will also be considered.
Must be able to cross into the United States.
Must be able to train drivers on securing freight and freight security
Must be familiar with USA and Canada driving rules and regulations. Must be able to train drivers on Log Book preparation.
Train for Trip management, Routing, operating the vehicle and maintaining log book regulations.
Train the new or unexperienced driver for all the paperwork handling for border crossing.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Co-ordinate and schedule activities,
Recommend personnel actions,
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies,
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve work methods.
Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance.
Communicate regularly with dispatch office for instructions and updates.
Obey and follow Department of Transport of Canada and USA rules on safety and hours of driving.
Imparting the weather specific skills for long haul truck driving, specially winter specific.
Train the team driver for safety and inspection regulation and maintenance
