Thida Thai Restaurant (operated by Thai Delight Inc.) is looking for Supervisor!
Position: Supervisor
Position Available: 1
Location : 1193 Davie Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 1N2
Conditions:
- Wage: $16 per hour
- Working hours: 35-40 hours per week
- Permanent, Full-time
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation days or 4% vacation pay
Main Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities for staff in front of the house that are related with taking orders, pick-ups, dine-in and receiving deliveries etc.
- Deploy the servers and staff based on daily schedules and shifts
- Address and take care of customers' complaints or concerns
- Ensure that food, service, and safety meet high standards
- Report daily restaurant operations to the owner
- Train staff, if needed
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in food preparation or service
- Completion of high school
- Language: English
