Wage Rate: $21.00 Hourly

Job Type: Full-time & permanent (at-least 30 hours per week)

Language Required: English

Experience Required: At-least 1 year of work experience in a similar job position

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Job Location: Unit 120 – 2965 Gordon Road (Southland Mall), Regina, SK S4S 6H7

Start date of employment: As soon as possible

Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school completion (graduation)

Job Responsibilities:

– Supervise and co-ordinate sales associates and other staff

– Assign job duties and provide job related instructions to store staff

– Prepare staff work schedules

– Maintain, manage and keep record of business (store) inventory and stock

– Prepare appropriate and meaningful reports on sales volume, business inventory, product returns etc.

– Order inventory or stock for store, authorize vendor and supplier payments as well as the return of merchandise

– Responsible for personnel matters and assist management in hiring and training store sales associates

– Resolve business related issues like customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

– Sell merchandise in store and authorize return of merchandise, when required

– Look after customer service management and customer complaints resolution

– Look after inventory counts completed by store staff, report issues to store manager such as difference in inventory and/or adjust inventory or take out obsolete inventory, when required

– Perform any other relevant tasks or duties assigned by the management
