Crystal Consulting Inc. Located at Unit 101, 19162-22 AVE, Surrey, BC V3Z 3S6 is looking for full-time/Permanent Steel Stud Framer.
Position Available: 06
Salary: $28.85/hour
Type: Permanent/full-time
Language: English
Job Duties:
• Construct and Install metal stud framing and furring for interior walls.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements.
• Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and joint structures made of lightweight steel.
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems.
• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
• Supervise apprentices and other construction workers.
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary School is an asset.
• Completion of a three- to four-year apprenticeship program is an asset.
• Experience in relevant field is an asset.
