Position Info:

• Position: Line Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $16.75~$22.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 8901 Stanley Park Drive, Vancouver BC V6G 3E2

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual foods
• Schedule shifts of kitchen workers and supervise activity
• Assist chefs in overseeing kitchen operations
• Always keep kitchen and work area clean and sanitized
• Maintain food inventory and keep records of supplies and equipment
• Involve in hiring and training new kitchen staff
• Estimate food requirements and determine size of food portions

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
