Sprinkler System Installers

Our well-established New Tech Fire Protection Ltd. located at unit 208, 12885 80 Avenue, Surrey, BC, V3W 0E6341 is looking for two permanent full-time 35 hours per week Sprinkler System Installers to help us in our projects.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Connect piping systems to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors and control equipment
• Install clamps, brackets and hangers to support piping system and sprinkler and fire protection equipment, using hand and power tools
• Installs valves, alarms and associated equipment
• Join pipes and piping sections using soldering and welding equipment
• Select, measure, cut, ream and thread pipe, install sprinkler heads and mount prepared pipe in supports
• Service and repair sprinkler system
• Test system for leaks using testing equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications

Requirements:

• Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• English language

Remuneration:

• $36.00 per hour for 35 hours per week permanent contract

• Confined spaces
