Job Title: Sous Chef
Job Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Location: 1000- Main Street, Steinbach, MB
No. of Positions: 2
Salary/Benefits : $ 34,000 – annually , 40 hours per week , vacation and sick leaves
Job Description: Plan and direct food prepation, cooking activities , plan menus and ensure food meet quality standards, estimate food
requirements and labor costs, may prepare and cook meals or specialty foods, instruct cooks in
preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food, create new recipes, requisition of food and kichen supplies,
supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, discuss with management any issues in the workplace, ensure staff members observe
the rules and policy of the company . May perform tasks as assigned by the management.
