Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
Experience: At least 7 months of experience;
Personal Suitability: Reliable, organized, team-player, organized, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent leadership
Terms of Employment:
- $21.50 per hour
- 35 hours per week
- 4 % vacation pay
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out management or administrative duties
- Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions
- Develop, plan and co-ordinate competitive schedules and programs
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
- Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
