Snug Cove General Store is looking for full-time Grocery Store Butcher
Position Info:
- Position: Grocery Store Butcher
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $19-$21/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 471 Bowen Trunk Road, Bowen Island, BC V0N 1G0
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Grind meats and slice cooked meats using machines
- Prepare special displays of meat
- Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats and wrap prepared meats
- Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products
- Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of relevant experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
