Position Info:
- Position: Retail Sales Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $31.25~$33.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: A 4775 Joyce Avenue, Powell River, BC V8A 3B5

Job Duties:
- Address staffing requirements including the hiring and retention of staff
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer complaints
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor sales revenue
- Determine merchandize to be sold and implement price policies
- Manage and assign duties to sales staff
- Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
