Position Info:
- Position: Baker
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $15.65~$19.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 1088 Homer St, Vancouver BC, V6B 2W9
Benefits:
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Make dough for pies, bread rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cakes and icings and frostings to standardized recipes
- Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Frost and decorate the cakes and other baked goods
- Meet established standards by ensuring quality of products
- Establish production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods
- Train, recruit and supervise kitchen staff
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial baking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
