Responsibilities
- Answer customer’s inquiries regarding maintenance, repair, available products and cost of services offered
- Write repair orders and communicate with customer about status of work
- Collect payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments
- Provide information regarding claims and initiate billing
- Issue receipt and other forms as required
- Promote additional services including parts and accessories
