Job Summary
We are looking to hire a detail-orientated and experienced senior data administrator to join our growing
team. You will be responsible for managing our master database, troubleshooting data issues, and
generating reports for the management and shareholders. You need to have a profound understanding
of data analysis tools and excellent database management skills.
 
 
Responsibilities:
1. Installing, integrating the high-performance computer systems and managing hundreds of
thousands of high-performance hardware remotely
2. Establishing an operation and maintenance system, drafting protocols and providing training
on the system
3. Developing policies and procedures for database access and usage and for the backup and
recovery of data
4. Managing supplier chains of the hardware or parts to ensure the high efficiency of the
operation of the equipment and lowering the operation cost by replacing the outdated
equipment
5. Ensuring the high-performance computing complex is operating at optimal performance and
reliability levels and providing system supports for an advanced research computing
environment
6. Working closely with computer hardware vendors to maintain an understanding of industry
trends and evolving technology
7. Leading and supervising the operation and maintenance team, work collaborating with the
team members in the development and implementation of data policies, standards and
models for business
8. Providing systems support for an advanced research computing environment
9. Identifying process improvement opportunities and proposing operation system
modifications
10. Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleaning
 
Language; English
 
Education:Bachelor’s degree
 
Experience:
3+ years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
