Acme Overseas is seeking 1 Secretary Clerk to join our team.
•Prepare and organize paperwork and other materials as needed for meetings, new hires, and expense reports.
•Maintain office scheduling and event calendars.
•Compose, type, distribute daily reports and routine correspondences.
•Collect and coordinate the flow of internal and external information.
•Manage office equipment and office space.
•Establish the administrative work procedures for tracking staff’s daily tasks.
•Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
•Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
•Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recorded information, updated paperwork, or maintain
documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
•Completion of Secondary school.
•Over one year of secretary or clerical experience or one year of college or an administrative assistant program.
