H&L Company Consultant is seeking an experienced a full-time secretary.

Working Location: 400-525 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC. V6B 3H7
Wage: $21.50~$22.50/hour and paid vacation will be 4% of gross income
Hour of Work: 30~35 hours per week
Start date of Employment: A.S.A.P (will be adjustable)
< Duties >
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointment.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- File and update contact information of employees, clients, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepare reports by collecting information.
< Requirements >
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Completion of one or two-year college or other program for administrative assistant or secretaries would be an assets.
– 2 or more years of secretary experience is required.
– Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
– High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
