Position Info:

• Position: Food Service Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.50~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: 208 Island Highway East, Parksville, BC V9P 2H3

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staff
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of serving staff
• Manage work schedules and operational procedures
• Keep records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Supervise and check assembly of food trays or trolleys
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Train new staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures

Job requirements:

• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
