Harv's Country Foods is a very friendly and welcoming store in Hope. We are open every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. We are looking for a Sales Supervisor-retail position to work for Harv's Country Foods, Hope, BC Canada. Please join us if you have a lovely smile.

Main Job Duties:

– Maintain and organize specified inventory

– Authorize to order and return merchandise.

– Assign tasks to staff and prepare work schedules. 

– Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.

– Authorize payment by cheque.

– Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. 

– Sell merchandise to customers. 

– Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.

 

Job Requirement:

– Completion of secondary school. 

– 2 years of supervisory experience in retail sales field is required.

– Good communication skills are required.

 

Working Conditions.

Wage: $22.00 to 24.00 per hour

Working hours: 30 – 40 hours a week and 4 % of vacation pay
